Who leads our group?

Bob Thompson

Bob has served Jesus Christ for 30 years, about 12 of those years in college campus ministry at Arizona State University in Tempe, both with Campus Crusade for Christ and with a Christian renewal effort called "Elijah's Cave." Bob is married to Barb, and they have three grown children and a grandson. Bob studied for the ministry in Illinois at Trinity Seminary, and has also completed graduate study in Chinese religions and ESL (English as a Second Language) instruction.

Jon Sanborn

Jon has been serving in ministry since graduating from Arizona State University in Tempe 15 years ago. He served with the mission organizations of Campus Crusade for Christ, Pioneers and Harvest Foundation around the globe. He is married to Melissa and they have a three-year-old daughter. Jon was also an international student, having studied abroad in Russia, the Philippines and England. In addition to being a Pastor, Jon is currently studying at Phoenix Seminary. Jon enjoys a big party, listening to rare music, good conversation and watching professional baseball.
